To download public experiment data:

Navigate to the Advanced Search Page
Follow the instructions on the search page to select experiments
When a list of experiments is displayed, click the 'Raw Data' icon associated with an experiment. The raw data for that experiment will be downloaded to your computer.

Users with a TBDB account and proper login credentials may download RT-PCR data.
