TB Expression database holds pre-publication and post-publication microarray and RT-PCR gene expression data related to tuberculosis research. Our goal is to provide free access to all published tuberculosis expression data. If you would like to use TB Expression to share your expression data, please contact us.
Many of the search items below require a search term. Some of the queries expect a gene locus term such as 'RV2429' (without the quotes). Wildcard characters, '*' and '%' may also be used. For example 'RV24*' (without quotes).
